We are looking for a passionate LADC or ADC-T to join our team. We use a multidisciplinary team model. You will work closely with our MHP's, Psychiatric, NP, Peer Recovery Specialist and Support Staff to provide excellent care.

Job Responsibilities (not meant to be all-inclusive)

• Comprehensive Assessments
• Case Management
• Skilled in performing the 12 core functions
• Knowledge of Minnesota Matrix Six Dimension
• Required Documentation, completed on time per licensing requirements.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions
• Provide Individual Sessions
