Position Requirements:

The primary purpose of this role is to support the TC Kidz Director by playing a key role in leading, planning and implementing critical projects to support the TC Kidz team at Transformation Church. TC Kidz has a vision to present God to kids and their families in a fun and creative way for Transformation in Christ.

HAND (Expectations Duties):

• Assist in the learning and development of TC Kidz elementary experience.
• Oversee and schedule weekly service assignments via Planning Center
• Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, retaining and training of all Elementary Servant Leaders.
• Observe, evaluate, and affirm leaders, teachers, and leaders in order to help them understand their strengths and to encourage them in areas where improvement is possible.
• Work collaboratively with the TC Kidz Director to strategically maximize ministry impact for Elementary kids and their families.
• Maintain strong communication and relationship with the TC Kidz Director to ensure the vision is carried out in the Elementary experience.
• Assist with implementing systems, measures, and reports that track attendance, volunteer growth, and retention as it relates to Elementary ministry and provides pertinent data to the TC Kidz Elementary team.
• Develop and maintain all safety, security, and Sunday readiness standards, ensuring our TC Kidz experiences are aligned to our values; Safe, Secure, Smiling, Social, Salvation.
• Assist with execution of Ground and Global experiences and special event planning.
• Develop monthly resources and growth opportunities for families to become more engaged in discipleship.
• Attend and participate in all weekend services, special times of worship, leadership meetings, large church-wide events, etc
• All other duties as assigned

HEAD (Knowledge Training)

• REQUIRED: Minimum 2 Years of Professional Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and good time management skills.
• Self-starter and ability to work under pressure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and goals while managing multiple tasks
• Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
• Ability to project manage multiple projects at the same time
• Strong ability to lead diverse groups of people who make up the TC Kidz Servant Leader Team
• Ability to delegate task while fostering a collaborative environment in the work space
