Transfinder is a leading software provider forTransportation Management Systems seeking an enthusiastic and motivated ScrumMaster and Agile Coach to join our growing team. They will report directlyto the VP, Software Development while working closely with the developmentteams and Product Owners. The Scrum Master / Agile Coach willbe responsible for working with the teams to prioritize, estimate and plan work. They will also work closely with the Product Owners coachingthem toward best practices.

Responsibilities

·Promote an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, optimism and dedication

·Provide strategic coaching, consultingand support for Product Owners

·Mentor new team members on agilepractices

·Facilitate backlog refinement, sprintplanning and daily stand-up meetings and support the team as necessary inthose meetings

·Hold sprint reviews and retrospectives,providing managers with team feedback and suggestions to resolve concerns

·Identify performance metrics and createdashboards and reports to monitor them

·Identify potential problems within theteam and the process

Requirements

·Strong collaborative and communication skills

·Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban andScaled Agile Frameworks in a fast-paced environment

·Experience with remote teams

·Ability to remain flexible and respondto changes

·Scrum Master Certification required

·Scrum Coach Certification preferred
