What will you do?

Transfinder, a leading software provider for TransportationManagement Systems, is seeking an

enthusiastic and motivated Product Owner to join our growing team.This individual will work closely

with the development teams, Scrum Masters, UI/UX Designers andinternal stakeholders. The Product

Owner will be responsible for gathering requirements and workingwith the UI/UX Designers to design

new features and products. They will prioritize items within thebacklog, sprints and releases and

participate in refinement, planning and review meetings with theDevelopment teams.

·Promote an atmosphere that encouragescollaboration, optimism and dedication

·Conduct requirements gathering

·Rapid prototyping of design solutions for ourcurrent and future product line (web, and mobile applications)

·Write and maintain specifications fordeveloper consumption

·Lead the effort of story decomposition andprioritization

·Participate in backlog refinement, sprintplanning and sprint retrospective meetings

·Present work in a group setting

·Drive the pace of development projects

Requirements

Must have experience.

·Detail oriented, highly motivated andself-directed

·Ability to present complex designs acrosstechnical and non-technical teams

·Strong collaborative and communication skills

·Responsive to feedback

·Experience working directly with Developmentteams

·Experience working as a Product Owner,Product Manager or BA

·Experience in Product development and roadmap,writing user stories, backlog management and prioritization and releasemanagement.
