Transdev is looking for multiple Dispatchers in Burnsville! Our dispatchers are an integral part of daily operations. The dispatcher position works directly with bus drivers and other operations staff, and regularly communicates with the general public. The goal of the dispatcher is to make sure all drivers perform their routes on-time each day. We hire individuals who make safety and customer service their top priorities.
Our Dispatchers Will Enjoy:
  • $25.00/hr

Our Dispatchers are responsible for:
  • Consistently review routes and make adjustments for efficiency
  • Maintain route productivity 
  • Respond to customer inquiries such as vehicle location, ETA, and ride times in a timely manner
  • Monitor emails and handle as appropriate
  • Provide excellent customer service
To qualify as a Dispatcher, you’ll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dispatch experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have good communication skills
