Data Reconciliation Specialist(s)

The Data Reconciliation Specialist will review service data in the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & Scheduling system) for accuracy and completeness. The Data Reconciliation Specialist will report to the Quality Manager. Duties and responsibilities include:

Reviewing service data in the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & Scheduling system), paying particular attention to trip coding
Reviewing TRAC performance data from the telecommunication system
Identifying questionable or incorrect data in either of the two systems mentioned above, and working with operations staff to make corrections as appropriate
Working collaboratively with the Operations Reporting & Performance Analyst to ensure reports are accurate and reflect operational performance

Qualifications of the Data Reconciliation Specialist include:

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in a data analysis role at a medium or large firm with large data sets
Demonstrated ability to work independently

Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQL proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
