Full-Time PM Closing Dispatcher / Driver needed in Canby, Oregon

Transdev is actively seeking a PM / Closing Transportation Dispatcher / Shuttle Driver for their Paratransit service in the Canby Area Transit.

We are looking for qualified dispatchers who can provide excellent customer service to both our passengers and our drivers.

• Respond, record and resolve customer feedback via multiple channels
• Organize and route trips based on schedule and location to ensure optimal performance
• Performs data entry for daily trip reporting and fare collection
• Incident reports
• Other driving duties are required as part of this position
• Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of dispatch operations experience within the transportation industry
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to changing situations and listen to feedback.

When Driving, you will be responsible for :

• Safely transporting passengers in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner throughout the service area
• Assisting in the boarding of passengers using wheelchairs or other mobility aids and properly secure wheelchairs and scooters

We want you to if you :

• Are at least 21 years old
• Have a valid CDL B license with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brake Endorsement
• Be available to work any shift, including Saturday assignments
• Have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Have excellent verbal communication & customer service skills
• Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
