Job Summary

Assist teaching and oversight of the new driver orientation process for multiple classes a week.

Essential job duties include:

• Checking drivers in and out of orientation.
• Collecting the FMCSA required paperwork at hire and compiling the DQ file.
• Working with drivers to collect all items needed prior to hire to validate experience.
• May have to assist with travel needs.
• Being available for phone calls from our driving partners.
• Training other employees in all the above as assigned.
• Scheduling DOT Physical and drug screening for pre-employment purposes.
• Various projects as needed.

Education:

HS diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities:

• High school or equivalent
• Must be detail orientated.
• Must have strong time management skills.
• Training, Orientation & Safety: 1 year
