Please note: If you are an Anesthesiologist, CRNA, or other relevant specialist with the appropriate background or experience doing infusions and monitoring, this could be just the position for you! THIS IS A PER-DIEM AND PART-TIME POSITION, WITH HOURS VARYING SOMEWHAT FROM WEEK TO WEEK. IT IS EXTREMELY GRATIFYING, AND INTERESTING WORK HOWEVER!

We opened in 2017 as Boulder Mind Care, an upscale, family-owned, private practice Ketamine infusion clinic located in downtown Boulder, Colorado. We provide IV ketamine infusions for psychiatric and chronic pain indications, as well as wellness micronutrient injections and infusions. We have established a reputation as the premier Ketamine infusion clinic in Northern Colorado. We have steadily expanded as public awareness of this groundbreaking treatment option for mental health disorders has grown.

We are seeking a per-diem or part-time Physician, CRNA, or Nurse Practitioner for our second location in Fort Collins (Transcendent Ketamine of Colorado), as well as our Boulder location if possible. This position is for locals only - you must live within commuting distance of Fort Collins (and Boulder). You must be reliable, dependable, and have an excellent bedside manner as well as outstanding clinical skills. You must also share our values of integrity, compassion, and a commitment to first-class patient care.

We treat severe depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, suicidality, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, migraines, neuropathic pain syndromes, and addiction to alcohol/opiates/cocaine.This is exciting and extremely gratifying work – you will literally be saving lives, as well as improving the quality of life of each of our patients.

We utilize cutting-edge treatment protocols, and individualize each patient’s treatment plan in order to achieve the highest possible outcomes. Your role will be to provide, as well as oversee our nurses and medics providing ketamine and micronutrient infusions. You must be compassionate, have an excellent bedside manner, be skilled at placing IVs and monitoring patients, and have the emotional sensitivity and delicacy to take care of patients with a history of significant emotional and/or physical trauma. REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant must be a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or certified Nurse Practioner, licensed in Colorado
• Must also possess a DEA certificate.
• Current certification in BLS and ACLS required; PALS certification is a plus.
• Experience in critical care, emergency medicine, and/or psychiatry is a plus.
• Experience in sedation or anesthesia is a plus. Experience and skill with starting IVs, running infusions, monitoring patients vital signs is a plus.

Schedule: Per-diem/Part-time

Compensation: $150/hr - $220/hr based on experience

Location: In Drake Professional Park at 2625 Redwing Road, Fort Collins. NOTE: It is not required to work both locations, but it is helpful if you are able to at least occasionally work at our clinic in Boulder.
