Prepare, present, implement, update, and maintain customized financial plans while acting in a fiduciary capacity
Read and interpret financial statements
Provide holistic financial planning advice and guidance (Including investment, insurance, annuities, taxes, healthcare, estate planning, debt management, retirement and other key financial decisions)
Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to set appointments
Assist Lead Advisors with preparation for prospect/client appointments
Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
Build deep relationships with clients to increase client tenure
Attain client retention rate of 98% or higher each year
Harvest additional revenue the from current book of business via referrals and back book
Develop and deliver client reviews, client calendars and the delivery of the Lifetime SuccessPlans and financial plans
Keep careful records of client interactions and input them into our system.
Be proactive in anticipating, monitoring, and recommending plan changes and document planimplementation.
Qualifications for this role include:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales
CFP or ChFC; Life and Health licensed; Series 65 preferred
Knowledge and ability to build and execute financial plans for clients; demonstrated ability to act in a fiduciary capacity
Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Polished and professional communication skills; both verbal and written
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience with Salesforce/CRM and financial planning software preferred, but not required
Willingness to work flexible business hours and travel periodically (i.e. conduct seminars, hold client meetings at alternate branch locations, etc.)
