RELATIONSHIP ADVISOR - WEALTH MANGEMENT

If you are a fit for this position, we know that you are interested in more details. Read on! As aRelationship Advisor, you can expect to: 
  • Prepare, present, implement, update, and maintain customized financial plans while acting in a fiduciary capacity
  • Read and interpret financial statements
  • Provide holistic financial planning advice and guidance (Including investment, insurance, annuities, taxes, healthcare, estate planning, debt management, retirement and other key financial decisions)
  • Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to set appointments
  • Assist Lead Advisors with preparation for prospect/client appointments
  • Develop, manage, and retain strong client relationships
  • Build deep relationships with clients to increase client tenure
  • Attain client retention rate of 98% or higher each year
  • Harvest additional revenue the from current book of business via referrals and back book
  • Develop and deliver client reviews, client calendars and the delivery of the Lifetime Success Plans and financial plans
  • Keep careful records of client interactions and input them into our system.
  • Be proactive in anticipating, monitoring, and recommending plan changes and document plan implementation.
Qualifications for this role include:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 5 years of financial services experience with an emphasis on sales
  • CFP or ChFC; Life and Health licensed; Series 65 preferred
  • Knowledge and ability to build and execute financial plans for clients; demonstrated ability to act in a fiduciary capacity
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Polished and professional communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM and financial planning software preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to work flexible business hours and travel periodically (i.e. conduct seminars, hold client meetings at alternate branch locations, etc.)
