Surestep is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday) Order Entry/Customer Service Associate. In this position, Associates process incoming orders to fabricate custom medical devices. This Department works closely with clinical staff and fabrication teams to generate and deliver orders to Surestep customers. The position includes broader administrative duties such as answering and directing incoming telephone calls, inventory management, and general office work.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and a self-starter with the ability to take initiative. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
