- Professionally communicating with drivers as needed at permits window.
- Accurately process weekly driver payroll.
- Balancing payroll related accounts.
- Processing outgoing mail, enter daily checks, scan and verify accounting and driver payroll documents.
- Assisting in A/R collections and other related duties.
- You have a positive and upbeat attitude.
- You possess strong communication and organization skills.
- You have the ability to process high volumes of sensitive information with great attention to detail.
- You have proficient typing skills, including at least 40wpm typing speed.
- Payroll experience is highly preferred but not required.
- This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
- Pay starts at $16.50 per hour.
