Responsible for responding, resolving, and coordinating customer inquiries with the customers, members, and employees by performing the following duties:

Essential job duties include:

• Respond to all customer inquiries with professionalism and with courtesy.
• Investigates loss claim reports and customer complaints.
• Provides assistance with tech support to employees in the field.
• Determine customer needs and provide mutually beneficial resolution.
• Log all customer/internal customer inquiries in iVUE CIS/Task Manager and follow-up with the appropriate person.
• Dispatch work and document persons performing the work on work order.
• Contact customers to schedule and reschedule work.
• Keeps management informed about progress and inquiries.
• Generate daily/weekly reports for distribution.
• Supports, complies with, and participates in the safety program.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• High School Diploma plus two years in a customer service role.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel & powerpoint).
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at one time.
• Able to be on time and maintain excellent attendance.
• Listens, speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
• Writes clearly and informatively.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills required.
