**INDIVIDUALS WITH WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF 12-STEP FELLOWSHIPS AND THEIR PROGRAMS PREFERRED**

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you would be responsible for the care and wellbeing of all guests at Tranquility Estates.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for helping and supporting people at the beginning stages of one of the most important journeys of their lives. Individuals who (if applicable) have practical knowledge of twelve-step fellowships and their programs, have one to two years’ experience in a similar position or function, and/or maintain a current CPR certification are certainly preferred. Still, all interested in or passionate about this field are encouraged to apply!

Your responsibilities as a Behavioral Health Technician will include:

• Providing a safe, therapeutic environment for guests

• Facilitating all guest rules and regulations, reporting non-compliance to leadership

• Directing and monitoring guests through day-to-day life

• Transporting guests to and from their treatment facilities

• Providing daily reports to leadership

• Building positive relationships with staff as well as guests

• Displaying adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment

Requirements for this position are as follows:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
