What you will do:

As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services and assist with activities of daily living (ADLS) under the direction and supervision of skilled nurses and physical therapists.

Must haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate from an approved training and competency course
• Must meet federal Home Health Aide training and competency requirements
• Ability to work independently, make accurate, and at times, quick judgments
• Must have valid drivers license and clear DMV record and be insurable under company’s insurance policy
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
• Minimum 1 year experience in home health or hospice environment
• CNA Certification

Would be great:

• Active patient contact within past three years

CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT

Compensation for roles at Tranquil Care Hospice varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state or local law, Tranquil Care Hospice provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Tranquil Care Hospice reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:

Pay Range: $22 - $26 per hour DOE
