Trane in Omaha, NE is hiring for a Service Sales Team Leader to join our organization. In this role you will be a player coach, you will be responsible for leading our service sales team (Coach) and developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention to grow our business (Player).
As a player coach, you will play a vital role in driving our service business forward, leading by example while also coaching and guiding your team to achieve exceptional results.

Where is the work :
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite / customer sites per week) based out of Omaha location.

What you will bring :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience and 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales leadership capacity strongly preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to :
DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.
Compensation :
Total Target Compensation : $93,500 to $218,500
Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
