Small firm with sophisticated commercial real estate practice in Tysons is looking for an associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sales agreements and leases, and reviewing title insurance commitments and policies. Salary commensurate with experience. We offer paid vacation and sick leave, health insurance benefits and a 401k plan with a generous employer match. At least 3 years experience in commercial real estate and VA bar membership required, DC and/or MD membership a plus. Large firm experience helpful.
