The Knoxville insurance defense and general practice firm of Trammell, Adkins & Ward, P. C. has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience.

Trammell, Adkins & Ward is a busy, fast-paced defense practice handling pre-litigation, litigation and appeal responsibilities for numerous national and regional insurance carriers and self-insured and high retention companies covering the entire State of Tennessee in all state, federal and appellate courts. Associate Attorneys are responsible for all aspects of claim investigation, pleading drafting, discovery, alternative dispute resolution and trial as well as legal research and writing and oral arguments at trial and appellate levels. Additionally, the firm encourages associates to develop other practice areas of interest.
