• Work alongside Logistics to schedule jobs and manage updates to the fleet schedule.
• Oversee and prepare reconciled invoices, create work orders, and assist with proposal creation.
• Perform data entry into internal systems, specifically Dynamics CRM, and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. What you need to succeed :
• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience within Logistics or Fleet Scheduling is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Dynamics CRM; openness to learning new software systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle various tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality to all clients.
