Responsibilities include :

• Receive inquiry calls and assist callers in scheduling face-to-face assessments or referrals to appropriate community resources.
• Assess patients presenting for evaluation and screen for medical and behavioral emergencies.
• Provide comprehensive assessment and therapeutic care to patients with substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric / emotional disorders, coordinating with the clinical team and on-call physician.
• Interpret treatment plans to patients and families to foster understanding and acceptance of care.
• Complete administrative processes for admission and precertification of care with external payers as required.

What you need to succeed :

• Hold an LSW, LPC, or RN license in good standing.
• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Medic systems for reporting purposes.
• Flu shot required, with exemptions considered.
• CPR and CPI certification required within 30 days of employment.
