Job purpose

The Client Service Servicing Specialist is responsible for processing service items for existing Trajan® Wealth clients while providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail.

Duties and responsibilities

• Process client contributions
• Process client distributions
• Process wire transfers and other money movement transactions
• Process end of year required minimum distributions
• Process investment account model changes
• Answer team inbound calls and enter appropriate service request in salesforce.
• Submit billing on account closures
• Research & Resolve issues that may arise with client accounts
• Assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous financial industry experience 2 yrs
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Customer service experience 2 yrs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detailed oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar and excel
