Experienced Bartender Wanted for a high tip paying position at Coldwater’s newest Restaurant and Bar. Trainwreck Bar & Grill is looking for the best of the best to join our team! We need an EXPERIENCED bartender who is interested in earning the best tips in the area! Train Wreck Grill & Ale is Coldwater’s newest elevated casual dining and drinking establishment! Our NEW family owned and operated restaurant has a local focus and is far from corporate cookie cutter restaurants. The owners live-in and were raised in Branch County and our approach to hospitality and quality reflect it. The new Grill & Ale House has a fun and relaxed atmosphere with an uncompromising focus on quality and customer service. Create your own salary, Enjoy a large volume of business to get tips from. Responsibilities include

• Verify identification and age requirements of customers
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails
• Process payment from customers
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• You already have knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
