Front Desk Job Description
Looking for an enthusiastic individual who has good communication skills and a heart for creating a great training environment. We have a good thing going and we want to share everything our gym has to offer! The front desk team is a huge part of creating and maintaining the overall culture of the gym.
Current shift openings: Evening shifts (Monday and Thursdays)
Looking to hire a bilingual (Spanish and English) speaking individual to help us be more accessible to the community.
Please message with any questions in regards to the job or shifts available.
A regular day on the job includes but is not limited to:
- Maintaining a professional and safe environment for all members. General cleaning and tidying of the facility.
- Providing a high level of customer service and good communication including: uplifting conversations, answering questions, selling merchandise, and assisting customer needs.
- Contacting prospective members via phone calls and texts to answer questions and schedule appointments.
- Giving full tours of the facility.
- Clearly communicating the way we run our memberships and selling the best option for each individual.
- Loaning out and organizing retail equipment.
- Staying on top of the sales/scheduling programs.
- Understanding and upholding the culture of the gym, where our ethos is “Don’t talk about it. Be about it.”
- Performing daily/weekly/monthly responsibilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
