Traina Enterprises is Hiring a Boat Rentals | Gas Dock | Gift Shop- Port Royale Marina Near Gainesville, GA

Paradise Rental Boats at Port Royale Marina is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team in providing an exceptional experience to boat renters, marina members, and guests.

The positions being filled are Boat Rental Clerk and Boat Rental Dock Worker. Employees from both positions help provide coverage on the gas dock. Both positions are Seasonal and last through October.

Ideal candidates for each position are at least 16 years old, have a passion for helping people, demonstrate great communication skills, are detail-oriented and enjoy working as a team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. They are available to work weekends, especially holiday weekends, and excited to work 20-40 hours each week.

Boat Rental Clerk:

Assists callers with boat rental information and booking boat rental reservations.
Checks-in guests for their boat rental.
Assists guests inside the gift shop.
Handles cash and card transactions while operating a Point-of-Sale register and a fuel console in the gift shop.
Helps keep the gift shop stocked and organized.
Must possess or obtain a Forsyth County Alcohol Sales permit.

Boat Rental Dock Worker:

Helps keep the rental boats clean and presentable.
Performs weekly safety checks on rental boats and equipment.
Teaches guests how to safely operate the rental boats, safety equipment and any amenities onboard.
Helps keep the rental dock and other work areas clean, safe and presentable.
Must possess or obtain a Boater’s License.

Gas Dock Coverage:

Assists boaters as they dock to get fuel, visit the gift shop, or use the pump out machine.
Assists boaters as they depart from the dock.
Ensures boats depart in a timely manner to avoid congestion.
Keeps fuel hoses reeled in and out of the walkway.
Helps keep the gas dock safe, clean and organized.

All KPA, OSHA and other on-the-job training provided.
