Position Overview
Key responsibility :
1. Deliver formalized training programs to meet the overall training and development needs of the bank.
2. Work with Training Officer to develop and distribute teaching aids such as handbooks, demonstration models, etc.
3. Work with management, supervisors, team members, and other departments to gain knowledge of work situations that require training.
5. Report Trainee progress to appropriate supervisor or manager during the training process.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
1. Strong understanding of banking products and procedures.
2. Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with staff and customers.
3. Abilities to adapt training methods to various learning styles.
4. Good organizational and time management skills.
5. Must be flexible and willing to travel from branch to branch.
