We are looking for an experienced Motor Coach Detailer to join the team in our busy Albany, NY facility. The successful Motor Coach Detailer will be responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of a fleet of buses along with other housekeeping duties in a shop setting.

What does it take to be a Motor Coach Detailer?

• Housekeeping/Custodial experience required
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment used
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to navigate heights, climb stairs up to 4-5 ft and reach above head
• Ability to maneuver a motor coach on company property
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds
• Involves extensive bending, stretching, and twisting 
• Ability to read and comprehend English
• Valid driver’s license preferred 
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• High attention to detail
• Professional & service-oriented mentality
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Washing interior and exterior of motor coach
• Sanitizing and disinfect interior 
• Sweeping, mopping of floors, vacuuming of seats and upholstery
• Shampooing upholstery if necessary
• Cleaning and disinfecting all items in restrooms
• Dusting and washing windows, walls, mirrors, interior glass, window casing and tracks along with overhead compartments
• Restocking motor coaches with any supplies needed
• Reporting damage, malfunctions, and other irregularities of the motor coach to the Mechanic and or Supervisor
• Turning in lost and found items
• Properly cleaning and maintaining equipment at the end of each shift
• Following company policy and OSHA safety regulations
• Other housekeeping duties in the facility may be required
