Our growing dental office is looking for a new Patient Care Concierge! We're a new and modern dental practice outside of Matthews, NC that focuses on ultimate patient care and top-notch customer service to make our patients' experiences unforgettable! We need a great personality to be the first thing to welcome in our newcomers and regular patients. There's only one chance at a first impression, and that will be you!

Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing and verification
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred (2 yr)
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as Dentrix Ascend, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 34 per week
