**Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels - Monitor inventory movements and update records in the warehouse management system - Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock - Assist in demand planning and forecasting to optimize inventory levels - Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods - Implement category management strategies to streamline inventory processes - Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and suppliers - Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions with vendors **Requirements:** - Proven experience in materials handling and inventory management - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures - Strong analytical skills for demand planning and sourcing activities - Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management principles - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions and contract management - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred Join our team as an Inventory Associate and play a key role in maintaining efficient inventory operations while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
