Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Assistant to join our team. As a Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting various aspects of supply chain management. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with order processing, including pricing, shipping, and receiving

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts

- Answering phones

- Billing out customers

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Working with collections

- Conduct data entry tasks to update records and track shipments

- Provide support to the service team by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Experience:

- Previous experience in parts and service or a related field is preferred

- Familiarity with supply chain management processes is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficient in data entry and computer systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
