ABOUT TRAILBORN

Our locations are at the heart of our country's most extraordinary outdoor destinations, from national parks to wine country, and snow-capped mountains to sun-soaked beaches. Trailborn's debut location launched in 2023 at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Colorado, with hotels to follow in the Grand Canyon, Mendocino, CA, Highlands, NC, and Wrightsville Beach, NC. This is just the beginning.
This Position is a seasonal position with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.
- Supervise the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout all areas
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are well-maintained and meet quality standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervising or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and guests
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
