Responsibilities:

• Help execute daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
• Work with a team to create great guest experiences and loyal regulars
• Monitor food preparation and service to maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender and Server in an progressive restaurant setting, utilizing best practices for cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, and efficiency.
• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
• Proficiency in using Toast systems for transactions
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory trackingtocols
