Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an established Coffee Shop, utilizing best practices for cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, and efficiency.
• Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
• Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
• Proficiency in using Toast systems for transactions
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking
• Understanding of proper food handling procedures and safety protocols
