Looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for a Contract Position
 
  • Communicate with employees by addressing, following up and responding to questions, concerns, and problems à work to resolution
  • Work with management as well as employees to maintain a strong and positive working environment
  • Maintain all documents and procedures related to Human Resources, including but not limited to Employee Handbook, People Ops Resource Page, Organizational charts, Employee Records, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.
  • Assist with developing, implementing , and enforcing employee and company policies
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure that information is shared between the two departments 
  • Examine patterns with the generation of monthly reports and implement aligned solutions to address underlying opportunities 
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop customized, forward-looking HR strategies to align with their business goals.
