- Communicate with employees by addressing, following up and responding to questions, concerns, and problems à work to resolution
- Work with management as well as employees to maintain a strong and positive working environment
- Maintain all documents and procedures related to Human Resources, including but not limited to Employee Handbook, People Ops Resource Page, Organizational charts, Employee Records, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.
- Assist with developing, implementing , and enforcing employee and company policies
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure that information is shared between the two departments
- Examine patterns with the generation of monthly reports and implement aligned solutions to address underlying opportunities
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with clients to assess their HR needs and develop customized, forward-looking HR strategies to align with their business goals.
- Good with communication both verbal and written
- Must be able to multi-task
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Respects Confidentiality
