Responsibilities: Safety is our business! As a Flagger/Traffic Controller you are responsible for various road closures and the safety of those passing by. In this job, you will learn how to close off a road using cones/ barricades and be responsible for two-way flagging. Two-way flagging is using a stop & slow sign to allow the traffic to know when they can pass work zones safely.
What you get:
The hourly wage range for candidates is $18.34 - $19.10. The final hourly wage offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our Company’s 401k. Employees will also receive approximately 5 hours of paid sick leave each month if they maintain a 40-hour work week. Traffic Management, Inc. is a multi-state employer and the salary range, benefits and/or other compensation may not reflect positions in other states.
