JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Partner will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position will conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent, onboarding/offboarding and training as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion and succession planning.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization to have influence and impact in the recruiting process and hiring.
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start.
  • Conduct presentations and training.
  • Reviews existing training programs, suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or meet the needs of the organization.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applicants and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews, oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resources staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Any other duties assigned as needed.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Must be able to be maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math and accounting practices
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures
  • The ability to apply knowledge and skills to achieve intended results

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Experience in working with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing including social media, networking, employee referrals, job posting, as well as conducting virtual job fairs
  • Must have a satisfactory background and motor vehicle report (MVR)
  • PHR/SPHR CP/SCP certification preferred
  • 5 years experience in managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process
