Outside Sales Professional

Traeger is looking for dynamic, highly motivated independent sales professionals to become part of our direct to consumer sales team. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will demonstrate and sell our products in a one-call close setting in locations throughout the US. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment where a competitive nature and strong work ethic are a must.

Outside Sales Professionals will demonstrate and sell our high-end products to the consumer at events in wholesale clubs and trade shows throughout the country. The typical schedule is 10 days of work, followed by 10 days off, where the time off is yours to enjoy. This position does require travel, which is covered by Traeger, and our Travel Department books flights, rental cars, and hotel accommodations for every assignment.

Outside Sales Professionals are paid a very competitive commission structure where 20% of our sales team are making 6 figure incomes and $85k/year is average. Traeger Grills offers paid training and continual support throughout your career. 

Qualifications:

A successful Outside Sales Professional will be energetic and engaging in creating a friendly atmosphere for the demonstration and sales experience for each of our customers. 

  • Business to Consumer sales experience is preferred
  • Success in a one-call-close sales environment
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine love of people
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and engage people
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
