REQUIREMENTS:

• A Valid CNA certificate
• 2 years of experience
• Must have 2 years minimum of Hospice experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a registered/insured, reliable vehicle.
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid.
• Current TB Test / Chest X-Ray
• Must own and know how to use a smart phone.
• Must be able to speak and understand English well.
• Must live in the US.
