Responsibilities
Performs pre and post work shift duties, Following set-up/closing procedures.
**Must be available to work all major holidays and tournament events**
Attends staff meetings including pre-shift (line-up) sessions as required.
Consistently follows all proper sanitation practices, including those related to personal hygiene. Completes other appropriate assignments as requested by managers.
Performs all other appropriate duties assigned by Manager/ Chef.
Maintains communication with kitchen on ticket times, main point of communication between back of house and front of house.
Understand steps of service for front of house and back of house for proper flow.
Expo needs to be very organized and able to be heard by kitchen, making sure all plates are clean, garnishes are fresh, and calm under pressure- level head.
Multi-task in keeping up with ticket times, setting up orders to be ran to tables, bagging up and verifying all products & sauces for Grab n Go & all to-go orders.
Clarify any modifications and answer any questions from servers about requests from members.
Relaying open menu counts to kitchen.
Communication on going on waits if needed.
Must understand and uphold our food standard as this person is the last line of defense before food is delivered to members.
