Tradewind Aviation is a growing Private Aviation Operator with bases in Oxford, CT, White Plains, NY, and San Juan, PR, offering premium service throughout North America.

The ideal candidate should be a highly organized self-starter able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This role will interact regularly with senior management as well as team members in various departments. 

Requirements

· Supervises HR Assistant when applicable

· Significant administrative support to the Human Resources Department

· Compile, update and maintain employee files and records

· Perform various tasks pertaining to Team Member life cycles

· Assist in facilitating COVID protocols

· Perform customer service functions by answering Team Member requests and questions involving HR processes

· Support Team Members with any issues pertaining to the HRIS system

· Facilitates bi-weekly payroll

· Additional duties as assigned

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Knowledge of Outlook and proper business email etiquette

· Professional and pleasant demeanor

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Willingness to learn and adaptable to changes
