We are a licensed Cultivation Facility in the Antelope Valley area looking for a Greenhouse and Indoor Cultivators to add to our team. Applicants must be able to work weekends and evenings. Our facility is a fast paced environment that requires focus and attention to detail.

Applicants will be following our Procedures in all aspects of growing.

Applicants must have 2 years experience growing in Indoor Commercial Cultivation Facility. *

Applicants must have 2 years experience growing in Rockwool. *

Applicants must have experience working in an LED Cultivation facility. *

Applicants must have experience working with Light Dep and Soil growing*

Candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of our facility are preferred.*

Other Required experience:

Delofiating / Pruning / Topping

Foliar Feeding

Mixing Nutrient Tanks

Caring for vegetative plants

Caring for Flowering plants

Identifying and correcting Issues with plant health

Identifying and eliminating Pests

Identifying and eliminating Powdery Mildew

Must be knowledgeable in:

Irrigation Strategies

Dry Downs

Irrigation installation and repair

Environmental parameters for different stages of plant growth

Integrated Pest Management

Programming Lighting Controllers

Programming Irrigation Controllers

Grow room Equipment General Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Netaflex injection system Experience Preferred

Experience in Troll Master Controls Preferred
