e seeking a skilled Welder / Fitter to join our team. As a Welder / Fitter, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment according to blueprints and specifications.

Pay up to $48.00 p / hr plus per diem for those who qualify.

Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and welding process
• Measure and mark workpieces using various tools and equipment
• Set up welding machines and equipment
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)
• Operate hand and power tools to grind, cut, and finish workpieces
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Experience :

• Proven experience as a Welder / Fitter or similar role
• Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
• Familiarity with different types of metal (steel, aluminum)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
