Tracy Boehme Realty Group is Hiring a PT or FT Assistant Property Manager Near Lenox, MA

PT or FT Assistant Property Manager

Assist Property Manager with Vacation Rentals, Investment Properties and Second Homes in Berkshire County.

Examples of responsibilities outside the office include:

  • Check properties to be sure ready for owners’ or guests’ arrival
  • Meet and provide access for contractors working on properties
  • Copy keys and install lockboxes
  • Purchase things for properties and make deliveries
  • Equip and style homes to be appealing
  • Coordinate property photo shoots
  • Possible errands for homeowners
  • Routine property inspections

Office related tasks include:

  • Lease preparation and management
  • Rent collection with online payments
  • Keep online portals up-to-date for tenants and owners
  • Handling inquiries and requests from tenants and guests
  • Keeping property owners well informed
  • Billing property owners
  • Listing and advertising vacation properties on various platforms
  • Advertising year-round rentals
  • Keeping websites up-to-date
  • Social media management
  • Coordinating home maintenance and improvement appointments.

We could hire one person to do both of these roles, or 2 people, one doing each part described above.

The person or people we are looking for wants to invest their skills and energy into building something truly great – and having fun along the way. This person must be responsible, dependable and always on time.

Real estate experience is helpful but not necessary. Attitude, enthusiasm and problem solving, and other skills are more important than experience. We will train the right person.

This is a hands-on role, involved in many aspects of the business and reports directly to the broker/owner. This position offers unlimited potential and growth opportunities once you have proven yourself in this role and as a member of our team.

Person interested in out-of-the office part of role must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to numerous communities in the Berkshires. (We reimburse for mileage expense.)

For office portion of role, Excellent skills with technology are required; this ideally includes Microsoft Office products, Google products, including Google Drive and Google Calendar – or the willingness and ability to learn these.

Compensation:

· Base salary or hourly compensation based on whether full-time or part-time

· PTO based on whether full- or part-time

· Attendance at regional training events and other on line training

· Other benefits in our benefit package based on whether full- or part-time

Additional responsibilities possible for someone with an active Massachusetts license. Responsibilities would include showing our properties to prospective tenants, conducting property condition inspections on new tenant move in, overseeing lease execution, and more.
