Tractor Central is Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere agricultural and turf equipment. We are currently accepting applicants for a Sales person to add to the team at our Westby location.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years equipment sales experience or Ag related field preferred
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming or operational practices preferred
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to clearly explain financing options to customers is vital
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with insurable record
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used equipment, parts, and service in a professional manner.
- Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments of Tractor Central.
- Provide superior customer service and offer smart, efficient, solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options
