Job Summary

SWTHZ is seeking an highly motivated Sales & People leader to join our dynamic studio teams. The Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of a SweatHouz’s studio performance. This includes overseeing and driving revenue, sales, studio operations, customer experience and community impact.

The ideal candidate is a sales and customer service guru, with tremendous leadership skills. They have experience in selling themselves, coaching sales people, sales team management, customer service training, marketing and lead generation, leadership and always lead by example.

What you will do

Be a player/coach and lead with implementing the SWTHZ sales model. This includes contacting leads and scheduling them into their first session, welcoming prospective clients and converting them to members and following up with missed sales.

Assemble, lead and train a team of talented sales and education specialists to achieve monthly sales targets and service existing customers.

Ensure studio cleanliness and customer experience achieves the SWTHZ standard. You will do this by overseeing the work of your staff, which includes a cleaning team.

Network and execute grassroots marketing initiatives in your studios community by leveraging our head offices events team.

Oversee studio expenses such as payroll, marketing budget, and more.

Participate in weekly leadership to evaluate yours and your fellow studio manager performance numbers and build actionable plans together.

How will your impact and success be measured?

SweatHouz studio managers will be evaluated on the following metrics. Surpassing these metrics successfully for a calendar year will open growth opportunities.

- Achieving & surpassing new member monthly goals

- Achieving revenue goals

- Successful secret shopper visit scores

Qualifications

- 2 years in sales

- 1 year in management

- Bachelors in a plus, but not required

- Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage

This role is based in Fairfax, Virginia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
