We are looking to add a Corporate Controller who will be responsible for direct supervision of all accounting and financial functions. Primary responsibilities include the preparation of group financials in compliance with US GAAP, implementing and managing controls and procedures, integrating new businesses (via M&A and organic growth), leading audit and tax, and budgeting. The Corporate Controller will also be part of a team that creates and implements policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting (business) issues in addition to creating procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate.This will be a hybrid role based out of Charlotte, NC.
