Tracey Road Equipment is seeking to hire full-time Service Writer for our East Syracuse Branch.

A successful candidate:

• Open, reviews and closes repair orders
• Ensures that customers and drivers are greeted openly and friendly
• Estimates cost of repairs within set guidelines
• Schedules appointments
• Provide assistance to the parts and service departments
• Communicate with customers of needed service work
• Communicate with customers on estimated time of completion

Skills:

• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Strong Computer Skills
