TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center is Hiring a Remote FMS Agency Coordinator

Activities:
Hybrid Remote. Requires travel and on-site visits in Southwest Michigan Region: Calhoun County and Cass County.
Phone support: courteously and professionally answer multi-line phone, determine the nature of the call, answer routine questions, or transfer the caller to the appropriate internal employee.
Provide excellent customer service to the agency's contracted referral sources/affiliates, clients, and personnel.
Process new recipient onboarding: coordinate with Community Mental Health Case Managers and clients to initiate FMS Services.
Process new recipient paperwork: complete data entry and scan and upload all documents. Verify client information, apply or attain EIN, initiate applicable required forms to expedite services.
Process new hire paperwork: run initial background checks, complete data entry, and scan and upload all new hire paperwork. Provide staff orientation, attain and maintain mandatory trainings for County and State compliance.
Mail various correspondences.
Other projects as assigned.

Experience:
Two years post high school administrative experience.
College Grad preferred with 2-year minimum administrative experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
