Responsibilities:

- Operate computer systems and peripheral equipment
- Perform data entry tasks including order entry and file maintenance
- Proofread, transcribe, and format documents as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide front desk support when necessary
- Execute administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Proficiency in computer operations and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is advantageous
