Job Overview:
As a Delivery Truck Driver Helper for our furniture leasing company, you will be an integral part of our delivery team, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of furniture items to our customers. You'll ride alongside the delivery driver, assisting with loading and unloading furniture. This position requires a reliable and physically capable individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Loading and Unloading: Help load and unload furniture items onto and off of delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling and care to prevent damage.
• Adherence to Safety Procedures: Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
• Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate delivery schedules and peak business periods.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the delivery driver and other team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture items, up to 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in delivery or logistics preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture items, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
