We are looking for experienced Compounder interested in a Temp to Hire opportunity in Indianapolis (Park 100). Shift Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Starting @ $18/hr with opportunity to increase based on experience. Must have some Compounder experience either in Pharmaceuticals, Food Production or Beauty and Personal Care Products .
Duties Include:
- Mix Ingredients: Accurately measure and mix raw materials following specified formulas.
- Operate Equipment: Use mixers, blenders, and other machinery to combine ingredients.
- Quality Control: Conduct tests to ensure batches meet quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of batches, including ingredients, quantities, and processing times.
- Attention to Detail: You must be like a "Chef" and mix ingredients correctly to the formulation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Compounder (or similar) experience
